Extremity Venous Ultrasound (Upper & Lower)
Used to detect deep vein thrombosis (DVT – blood clots in the veins) or other venous blockages in patients with leg swelling or pain. Timely diagnosis guides urgent treatment and helps prevent serious complications like pulmonary embolism (a clot traveling to the lungs).

Lower Extremity Venous Reflux Study
Essential for diagnosing chronic venous insufficiency (a common cause of leg swelling, varicose veins, and skin changes). This specialized ultrasound pinpoints malfunctioning vein valves that lead to poor circulation in the legs.
Extremity Arterial Ultrasound (Upper & Lower)
Detects blockages or narrowings in the arteries due to peripheral arterial disease. It’s used for patients with leg pain, non-healing wounds, or claudication (pain when walking). Results guide revascularization treatments — such as angioplasty or surgery — to restore blood flow to the affected limb.

Aortoiliac Ultrasound
An ultrasound of the abdominal aorta and iliac arteries, used to screen for abdominal aortic aneurysms and pelvic arterial disease. It is also used after endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR) to monitor the aortic stent graft and ensure it’s working properly.
Penile Ultrasound
An ultrasound to evaluate blood inflow and outflow in the penis, used to identify vascular causes of erectile dysfunction. This test determines whether a vascular procedure could help improve a patient’s erectile function.
